Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / General Affairs Staff to support the day-to-day operations of the firm.
This role involves handling administrative tasks, internal coordination, document management, and general office support to ensure smooth business operations.
The position is well suited for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities in an international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
・Provide administrative and operational support to the management team.
・Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management.
・Support preparation of reports, presentations, and client materials.
・Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications.
・Assist with website content updates and administrative documentation.
・Maintain organized internal records and databases.
・Support basic accounting and invoice administration.
・Assist with event coordination and business activities when required.
Required Skills
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in administrative, office support, or general affairs roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in international business environments.
Familiarity with Japanese business practices and corporate administration.
