Personal information transferred overseas will be handled only to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes and will remain subject to appropriate security controls. Individuals may request information regarding the safeguards applied to overseas transfers in accordance with APPI.

Upon request from the individual, the Company will disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend use of, or erase personal information in accordance with APPI, after verifying the identity of the requester.

The Company’s website may use cookies or similar technologies to improve usability and performance. These technologies do not identify individuals unless combined with other personal information
